Basement Updates

Here are the latest basement updates. The fireplace is finished and ready to be inspected. The rough in plumbing is done and ready to be inspected. The electrical is almost done and ready for rough in inspection.

Finished fireplace with hearth.

Finished moving bathroom vanity drain and centering shower drain.

Completed wet bar soffit to accommodate heating vent.

Completed wet bar drain and vent connection.

Wet bar vent from utility room, it was interesting trying to figure out where to connect this into the existing vent.
